You need the Admin for this. Go to Settings → Tickets → Price types and select the product in question by clicking on ‘Edit’. In the middle of the screen, in the basic settings, you will find the function to combine tickets into a group.

You can also choose different groups. For example, item A can be classified in group 1, and item B in group 2. In this way, you will receive two tickets if, for example, items A and B are ordered 10 times.
With 'scan entire group in 1 scan' the code only needs to be scanned once for the entire group. By selecting 'scan per ticket' you also get one code for multiple tickets, but that single QR/barcode must be scanned as often as the number of people the ticket is valid for.
