In the pricing tab you determine the sales period. You also set the price of the subscription. This not only concerns the new price, but also the option to renew. A new and renewal price must be set for both the online price and the cash register price (in the case of a Ticket Counter cash register).
To do this, go to Admin → Settings → Subscriptions → Subscription templates → Edit → Pricing. Here you see the four categories in which you can create pricing. In order to create/renew a subscription at the cash register, a pricing must be set in the 'POS New' or 'POS Renewal' category.
