The capacities report is based on capacity/visit date. You will not find price types that are not sold on capacity in this report (such as donations, upsell/extras).

On the left side of the menu, you can define what you want the capacities information to be about. Think of the period, the type (default is day, today), which capacity, and you can even specify by time slot or ticket type. 

The options you can choose from the selection menu are the ones active within the chosen date and type. If a capacity is missing, then it has not been sold within the current selection. When the type is set from day to month there is usually more sold and therefore you will see the selection menu expanded.

The result appears to the right of the selection menu.

You can see the capacity name listed and the time slots sold within the chosen selection. You can then see the original capacity numbers listed by date and the numbers sold of those (4/500 is 4 tickets sold out of 500).

Click on the pink number showing the sold tickets to see buyer information for this time slot.

Choose the Byers tab to see buyers information from the entire capacities report selection.

You will then get a list of all orders from the capacities report broken down by price type. This also shows the number of (time slot) reservations per buyer in the ‘Quantity’ column.

Click on a reservation's order number to see the reservation details.

You can export the information to Excel using the export button.
