No Show report

The No Show report provides scanning information of expired tickets within the selected time period. A requirement for a correct No Show report is Ticketcounter scanning or a scan link.

The No Show report provides scanning information of expired tickets within the selected time period. A requirement for a correct No Show report is Ticketcounter scanning or a scan link.

In the menu on the left you can define what you want the No Show information to be about. Think of the period, but also which shop or sales channel (these can be Action or API partners in addition to your own sales).

The result appears to the right of the selection menu.

The information is broken down by event and sales channel. For every price type you get to see the information about: Scan group, Price, Claims and No-shows. 

You can export the information to Excel or PDF using the export button.
