To be able to scan tickets with your phone, first set up a scan configuration (read more about that here ). You then have to set up the scanning app yourself and link it to the configuration.
Download the Ticketcounter Scanapp here (Google Play) or here (IOS).
Go to Admin, Scanning → Scan app configuration. Click 'QR code' for the scan configuration you want to set up on the phone. Open the scanning app and click on 'Scan configuration'. Scan the QR code that Admin displays.
You are now ready to scan tickets.
