After the steps for adding the External System in the Admin have been completed , a number of settings are also required on The TicketCounter itself.
The TicketCounter settings can be entered on the 'Setup' page of the TicketCounter. This is a web page that becomes accessible as soon as the TicketCounter is in 'Setup' mode.
Turn on the TicketCounter
To do this, first switch on the TicketCounter by simultaneously pressing the buttons below (Buttons 1 and 3). A soft beep is heard.

After startup, the TicketCounter displays the Setup screen below, indicating that settings are required and that the Setup page is accessible.

Set up the TicketCounter
Follow the steps below to open the Setup page in an internet browser. In this example this was done on a smartphone, but it can also be done on a tablet or computer.

First select the WiFi of the TicketCounter on your phone/tablet/computer. The TicketCounter has its own WiFi signal in the Setup. See the picture on the right. - Enter the password: 'TicketDataIsCool'.

When connecting to the WiFi, it will probably indicate that this WiFi is not connected to the internet. That is a correct message that can be ignored. During Setup, this connection is the only correct one. - After connecting, open the browser. Click on the search bar and enter '192.168.4.1'. This opens the TicketCounter Setup page.
- Then select 'Configure WiFi', which must first select your own WiFi (SSID). In this example our WiFi is called: ZiggoWMB. Choose your own WiFi from the list that appears. Or If the list does not appear, enter the SSID of your own WiFi. Enter your WiFi password below.
- Then scroll down so that the fields below are shown:

- TICKETCOUNTER_API_URL : apiv2.ticketcounter.eu
- PASSWORD FROM ADMIN : The previously generated password from the Admin at External Systems. Forgot your password?
- YOUR_PARTNER_KEY : XXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX-XXXXXXXXXXX (Must be your own Partner Key. Received by email or at the TicketCounter).
It is recommended to copy and paste the PartnerKey, because a mistake can easily be made here.
