To turn a regular subscription template into a punch card template, go to Settings → Subscriptions → Subscription templates → Edit → Products in the Admin. If a product has already been added, click on the arrow and 'Edit'. If not, click 'Add product'.
The following screen opens:

The desired product template can be selected under 'Product'.
Then select 'Type' punch card. This will open a number of punch card settings.

With 'Available ticket strips' you indicate how many strips each card has. For label you can choose between 'x of y used' or 'z remaining'. This label allows the customer to see in the customer environment how many strips are still on the card.
A capacity can also be linked in this screen. Under the heading 'Fields' you indicate what information is required for the card holders. This does not concern the account holder, you can adjust these fields here.
Make sure to set up the scanning settings to use the punch card effectively: Dashboard → Scanning → Management.
