Note: with template/day change, you edit main settings of your capacity template. Changes are effective immediately and cannot be reset to an earlier version.
Previous overrules via detail list will also be overwritten with this. Therefore, do not confuse this with an overrule via detail list.
Example: all time slots are set to 100, some days (holidays) you have set to 0 via the detail list because you are closed. If you then change the default to 150, the days with 0 also go to 150 and these time slots are for sale again.
Therefore, check very carefully that what you set is correct. If in doubt, check with Ticketcounter!
In the start screen with the list of capacities, capacities can be changed via the arrow on the right. Think of extending or standard of template to change (numbers higher/lower), change price, fill in labels and also possibility for additional days and time slots (provided they fall under the same time slot).
Changing capacities is almost exclusively done to extend default settings. Under 'End time', enter a later date to extend the entire capacity.
The defaults set at the days are then extended to the new end date. You can set any exceptions to the default again at the detail list.
