You can look up orders via the Admin and then download or send the tickets. However, this only works once the tickets have been generated.
To do this, click on 'Regenerate tickets'. Regeneration may take a few minutes. You can see what the status is under 'History'. Has nothing happened after 10 minutes? Then something probably goes wrong.
