The TicketCounter is a daily counter, which can display a number of different data on a daily basis. This means that only the data of the current day will be shown. The TicketCounter data is automatically reset every day, so that every day starts again at 0.
Please note: Viewing data from previous days is not possible.
For historical/future data, it is best to use the numerous reports in our Admin itself.
